7-Day Easy Exchange
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Sale and discounted items are eligible for exchange only (not refund).
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page or WhatsApp.
- Share your order number and the reason for exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only for damaged or incorrect items received. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we'll make it right immediately.
