7-Day Exchange Window

At Bin Ibrahim, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted modest wear. If you receive an item with size issues, defect, or damage, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• The abaya must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (Order number or invoice) is required.

Refunds & Store Credit

In cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect dispatch where an exchange is unavailable, a full refund or store voucher will be processed within 5 to 7 business days following item inspection.
